Have pretty much gotten the best I can get for now. Just missing these pieces.
Waist: Dragonmaw Augur's Cinch (Quest Reward: A Job Unfinished...) [with Runed Living Ruby and Glowing Nightseye]
Ring: Ashyen's Gift (Cenarion Expedition Exalted)
Trinket: Oculus of the Hidden Eye (Auchenai Crypts, Shirrak the Dead Watcher)
Ashyen's Gift loses out a bit of +dmg, but the +hit will more than make up the difference as compared to my current ring.
The trinket can be skipped if I start Heroics & gathering Badges of Honour for Icon of the Silver Crescent.
Speaking of Heroics, would also need Primal Nether for these crafted pieces (& the receipe for the Girdle as well...).
Helm: Destruction Holo-gogs (Engineering Crafted)
Belt: Girdle of Ruination (Tailoring Crafted, BOE)
